The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you and to see how the site is used. This site doesn’t use cookies, and I never sell or share your details.

Who I am
This website is run by Sajal Mahmud, an independent brand identity and web designer working as SajalGraphics. If you have any question about your information, email me at hello@sajalgraphics.com.
When you get in touch
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, business name, rough budget, when you’d like to start and your message. The form sends this straight to my email inbox; it isn’t stored on the website.
I use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your project. I won’t add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” links open Calendly, a separate scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and chosen time and shares them with me so we can meet. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its pages.
Visitor statistics
To understand which pages are useful, this site uses Independent Analytics, which runs on the website’s own server. It records things like the pages viewed, the site you came from, your device type, browser and approximate location (country or city).
It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store your IP address and isn’t shared with anyone else.
Personalised links
If I’ve emailed you, the link may include a short tag with your business name. When you open it, I can see that you visited, which pages you looked at during that visit, the type of device used and whether you clicked to book a call.
No cookies are used, IP addresses aren’t stored, and these records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
If I’ve contacted you
I sometimes get in touch with businesses I’d love to work with, using business contact details that are publicly available, for example on your website. I use them only to introduce my services.
If you’d rather not hear from me, just reply and say so. I’ll stop and delete your details.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies for visitors, and its fonts are served from this website rather than from third parties. Sites you choose to visit from here, such as Calendly, LinkedIn or Behance, have their own cookie and privacy policies.
Who else handles your information
The website is hosted by Hostinger, and my email runs through Hostinger and Google. They handle information only to provide those services. I never sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries and emails for as long as I need them to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project and a reasonable time afterwards for my records. Visitor statistics are kept in summary form. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email hello@sajalgraphics.com and I’ll reply as soon as I can, and within one month.
If you’re in the UK or EU and unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, that’s the ICO).
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
